The short version

This website does not set cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal information we receive through it is what you choose to send us.

What we collect

• Enquiries. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you include — such as your company and a description of your project.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information about requests, including IP address, browser user agent, and the pages requested. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to discuss the work you are asking about. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Who else sees it

We use service providers to host this website, deliver email, and process contact form submissions. They handle information on our instructions and only as far as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we have a record of what was discussed. Server logs are kept for a short retention period set by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to johnson@nexusai.llc and we will respond.
